From idea to product

It's a long and difficult road between the idea and the international brand. Especially if you are not a large, long-established company with a lot of industry experience, but just a man with a vision: to deliver the best agendas in the world.

Since 1987

Matthias Büttner, an engaged business administration student in Saarbrücken, is looking for an optimal planning system. At that time, ring binders and book calendars were available for selection. Ring binders were out of the question because they are not easy to write. The calendar of the book therefore remained. The start was a beautiful book calendar in A5 format from Treuleben und Bischof - a promotional gift for the father, passed on to the son.

X17 notebooks are still handcrafted in Germany.
