Summer Special Referral Programm

Article 1: Purpose of the Promotion

Papeterie Makkura, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," is implementing a limited-time referral program entitled "Summer Special" on its website https://papeterie-makkura.fr

The promotion aims to reward the loyalty of its customers, hereinafter referred to as "Referrers," who recommend the website to new customers, hereinafter referred to as "Referees."

These rules define the terms and conditions for participation in this program.

Article 2: Validity Period

The "Summer Special" referral offer is valid for any order placed by a Referee during the summer period, i.e., from June 21, 2025, to September 22, 2025, inclusive. The date of the Referee's order is the definitive date.

Article 3: Referral Eligibility Conditions

To become a Referral, the customer must meet the following conditions:

- Be an adult.
- Have an active and validated customer account on the https://papeterie-makkura.fr website before initiating a referral.
- Have placed at least one order on the website.

A Referral cannot self-refer.

Article 4: Referred Person Eligibility Conditions

To be considered a Referred Person, the person must meet the following conditions:

- Be an adult.
- Never have been a customer or held an account on the website https://papeterie-makkura.fr.
- Use the unique referral code provided by their Referral when placing their first order.

A Referred Person can only be referred once and can only have one Referral.

Article 5: Referral Process

- The Referrer logs into their customer account and accesses the "Referrals" section.
- They share their personal referral link or code with their friends.
- The Referred Person uses this code when creating their account or when confirming their first order on the website.

Article 6: Referred Person Benefits

With the referral code, the Referred Person receives a €10 discount voucher to be used on their very first order.

This discount voucher is subject to the following conditions:

- Minimum purchase amount of €35 (excluding shipping costs).
- Cannot be combined with other current promotional offers.
- Valid once only.

Article 7: Referral Validation and Referral Reward

The referral is considered validated when the Referred Person's first order is actually delivered. A canceled, returned, or undelivered order does not validate the referral.

Upon validation of the referral, the Referrer will receive their reward in the form of a credit on their customer account or a voucher, according to the following terms:

"Summer Special" Offer: For the first 5 referrals validated during the offer period (see Article 2), the Referrer receives a €20 credit for each referral.
Return to standard pricing: From the 6th validated referral and for all subsequent referrals during the offer period, the Referrer receives the standard reward of €10 per referral.

Referral credits are valid for 180 days. They are cumulative and can be used for future purchases on the site. They cannot be used for any monetary compensation.

Article 8: Personal Data

The Organizer undertakes to process the personal data collected as part of this referral program in compliance with current regulations (GDPR). The information provided will only be used for the management of the referral. The Sponsor ensures that they have obtained their Referred Person's consent to the disclosure of their contact information for sponsorship purposes.

Article 9: Limitations and Responsibilities

The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the "Summer Special" promotion at any time and without notice in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. The Organizer shall not be held liable for this.

Any fraud or attempted fraud, including the creation of fake accounts or self-referrals, will result in the immediate cancellation of the sponsorships in question and the loss of the associated benefits, without prejudice to possible prosecution.

Article 10: Acceptance of the Rules
