The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the micro-enterprise Stationery Makkura by email contact@papeterie-makkura.fr. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned time, only the price of the product or products purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs remain at the Customer's expense. The returns of the products are to be made in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, notices ...) so that they can be re-marketed in the new state; if possible, they should be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.
