The classic par excellence
Piston-filling pens with palladium platings and a high-quality resin body. They have a view window of the ink level. The pen of the Sovereign M405 is in 14 carat/585 gold.
All Nibs are refined with a rhodied décor and their writing quality is hand-tested. fountain pens are equipped with a piston filling mechanism.
In 1929, Pelikan was the first company in the world to introduce the piston mechanism. This pen is now available in several models and, although the design and some technical details have evolved since then, the basics of the mechanism remain unchanged.
A black and silver version was launched in 2002, recalling the style of the black model of the 1980s. With a body also made of high quality resin, it also features a transparent green ink level vision window. However, instead of a gold plate, a palladium plate gives this black and silver Sovereign pen its unique character.
