Well proportioned, an intensely shiny red hairsate (slightly vermilion), the clean of natural hairs spurt (urushi in Japanese). The lacing technique called Roiro, gives the pen its finish so smooth and mirrored, enhanced by the yellow gold-plated attributes. The base of the fountain pen is in ebonite, the tips are flat, the cap is screwing, the engraved clip "Pilot" is identical to that of the Namiki brand.
The central ring is engraved "Custom Urushi - Pilot Made in Japan".
Equipped with a long Nib in 18-karat two-tone gold, engraved with beautiful arabesques. What makes it an unusual Nib is its flexibility, one could call it a semi-flexible Nib.
